Mr. Takahashi joined Chartered Group in January 2024, where he is tasked with promoting funds to domestic companies, corporate venture capitalists (CVCs), and individual investors in Japan. He began his career in 2003 at Nikko Cordial Securities (now SMBC Nikko Securities), gaining significant experience in retail personal asset management as a contract-based financial advisor. During his six years in individual and corporate sales, he was honoured with numerous awards. In 2009, he transitioned to Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) as a Relationship Manager, providing consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, facilitating account openings in Australia and New Zealand, and supporting business expansion and overseas investment projects. His exceptional performance earned him recognition as a Top Performer in Asia. He subsequently worked in the Private Banking Division at Mizuho Securities. Mr. Takahashi holds the Certified Member Analyst (CMA) designation from the Securities Analysts Association of Japan and is fluent in Japanese and English.
